To add your facility or update your details, please complete the short form below. All information received will be included in a Somerset Local Authorities database maintained and updated by the Civil Contingencies Unit.
Once registered you will receive further information, advice and guidance to keep you prepared for offering shelter and support in an emergency.

- The Somerset Local Authorities may contact you in the event of an emergency using the details provided;
- If your facility is used to support people affected by an emergency without the knowledge of the Somerset Local Authorities you will require cover from your own liability insurer.
